Senior Sustainability Engineer

I began my career as an apprentice mechanical engineer in the Building Services sector over a decade ago. During my time in the industry, I have developed a passion for building physics with a focus on enhancing the sustainability and functionality of buildings throughout their entire life cycle. My diverse experience across various sectors has refined my ability to horizon scan changes in legislation regarding sustainability goals, rationalise complex design scenarios and engage with clients to deliver comprehensive solutions.

At NOVO my role is to produce thermal models that analyse predicted building performance throughout each design stage. As part of the sustainability team, we work in unison with the building services team to provide consultancy services with a holistic integrated approach to evaluating project specific requirements and translating this into design/specification advice and reporting.
