BURLINGTON SQUARE

Burlington Square is a new, high quality residential development delivered by the successful joint venture partnership between Salboy and Factory Estates, one of Manchester’s most active developers.

The exemplar residential development, in the heart of the University Quarter, comprises of 273 apartments over 9 storeys with ground floor communal facilities, central garden courtyard and a rooftop communal area.

After being appointed on 2 other projects with the same developer team (Local Crescent and Local Blackfriars), NOVO have been appointed to provide the detail design of the Mechanical and Electrical services and the SAP assessments. 

Coordination of the services to the steel frame required the attention to detail to ensure that the project has gone from concept to construction in less than 12 months, meeting the high, exacting standard of our client.
