ST MICHAELS 

NOVO were appointed by the Client to produce the MEP design from RIBA Stage 2 to completion.  NOVO commenced work on the project in May 2022 and reached RIBA Stage 3 by December 2022.

With 5 floors of BREEAM Excellent, NABERS 5*, Wiredscore and Smartscore offices, 213 Apartments and a 160-bed hotel, St Michaels is to be a sustainable building, that will support the health and wellbeing of its occupiers both now and into the future.

The project has been designed to take into account GMCA plan to be carbon neutral by 2038. For example the project will incorporate heat pumps to heat & cool the spaces to ensure sustainable & thermal comfort is achieved.
