“Office managers are responsible for the efficient functioning of an office through a range of administrative, financial and managerial tasks”.

As Office Manager at NOVO I have responsibility for the effective day-to-day running of the office, continual development of systems, procedures and company policies and to ensure Health and Safety procedures are adhered to for the safe and secure working environment of all employees.

I am tasked with a wide array of diverse duties in order to provide proactive support to all staff, reporting to the Directors on internal/external issues that could potentially affect the smooth running of the Business.
