The existing Farrow Medical Centre was replaced in 2014 by the new state of the art building to provide high quality services to the local community, to the latest Health Technical Memoranda standards.

NOVO were appointed by Tricon Services to provide design and consultancy services for the Mechanical and Electrical systems within the new building.
​
The building had to have the capability for future extension and development of the first floor, which required the incoming utilities to have the correct spare capacity and the services infrastructure to accommodate this requirement of the medical practice.
The project required natural ventilation, LED lighting and photo-voltaic panels integrated within the design in order to achieve it's BREEAM "Very Good" rating for energy efficiency. ​
