Condensation is a risk that comes with building homes to be air-tight and can lead to mould growth, which poses a risk to the health of the occupiers as well as damage to the building.
The two main types of condensation the Building Regulations aims to protect buildings from are surface condensation and interstitial condensation.
Our Sustainability team can assess the risk for both types of condensation and undertake calculations and analysis suitable for all types of designs and constructions.
