NOVO has had ISO accreditation for both ISO 9001:2008 & ISO 14001:2004 since 2015. Yet, as we strive to improve, we can confirm that we have improved further. We have upgraded our ISO accreditation with the new 2015 standard of practice.
That’s great, you’re thinking, but what does that mean?
We’re glad you asked (We’ll assume you did).
ISO 9001, or to give its full and proper title, ISO 9001:2015, is a recognised standard for Quality Management Systems (QMS). ISO aims to ensure that businesses are improving the quality of their products and processes on a continual basis.
NOVO is improving company performance. We achieve this by offering best practice, continual monitoring of our systems and procedures. Being accredited to ISO 9001 shows our commitment to professionalism. We can meet the requirements and expectations of their clients. We achieve this by setting a benchmark and performing to that standard.
ISO 14001:2015 is an Environmental Management System (EMS). It helps track and manage resources and environmental impacts. This lets us identify and control the effects we have on the environment. Meaning we can put robust policies in place to conserve resources. NOVO can track and manage resources and environmental impacts.
Our customers can rest assured that we will be taking all the necessary measures to have a minimal impact on the environment. This means we are complying with legislation and corporate responsibility. The construction industry is a competitive place. Our clients are our business. Every project has its own unique design. We want our clients to know they can trust their projects to us and have them complete on time and within the budget.
They can also have peace of mind that NOVO will be considerate of the environment on all projects. NOVO doesn’t want to tell you, we want to give you solutions and sustainable options.
We want you, our customers, to have the confidence that NOVO will offer you a great service. 95% of our work is repeat business - we’re doing something right.
