CLIENT: Sports Tours International
LOCATION: Warrington
Novo worked alongside Domis, Matic and Casana to help deliver Sports Tours International’s new home in just 14 weeks from start to finish.
Designed by Studio Power, the completed office fit-out transforms a shell space into a modern, high-performance workplace that reflects the energy, professionalism and sporting heritage behind Europe’s number one tour operator for runners and cyclists.
With Sports Tours regularly welcoming professional athletes, partners and visitors into the space, the building services design needed to do more than simply support day-to-day operations. It needed to complement a strong interior concept, work within a fast-track programme, and align with the client’s budget from the outset.
The Project
Sports Tours International’s new office brings together workspace, visitor-facing areas and supporting amenities within a distinctive, brand-led environment. The fit-out was designed to create a memorable first impression while delivering the comfort, functionality and technical performance expected from a contemporary commercial workspace.
Working in close collaboration with the wider Domis Group team, Novo helped shape a practical and coordinated services solution that supported both the visual ambition and operational needs of the completed scheme.
NOVO's Role
Novo delivered complete M&E design for the project, supporting a rapid programme while ensuring all systems were efficient, coordinated and fit for purpose.
Scope of Services
-
Mechanical & Electrical design for the full office fit-out
-

-
Domestic services design tailored to the refurbished office layout

Working closely with Matic, Novo also assessed the existing building services plant to identify what could be reused, repurposed or replaced. This approach helped the team balance programme, performance and cost, ensuring the installation aligned with both the delivery schedule and the available budget.
